To facilitate your ongoing commitment to well-being, we offer the convenience of booking your weekly session online. Sessions are available daily from 7:00AM to 7:00PM, providing you with ample flexibility to seamlessly integrate these invigorating one-hour sessions into your schedule. We also offer day passes and session packs.

Just sign up, book a session, and show up. The check in process is done all through the app. The app will only allow you to check in the time you have your session booked. Please be aware of the time as others have sessions booked right after. You must hit the Check In button in the app for the door to unlock.

how to use
For $20 you can bring one guest per session. Members must be 18+ and guests must be 18+ or accompanied by a parental guardian. Guests can only access the facility when accompanied by a member or someone with a day pass.
